Product Description
This Line is designed to produce high-quality plastic flat yarn (raffia tape), the essential raw material for PP woven bag manufacturing.
This production line consists of a plastic extruder, cooling tank, slitting unit, stretching oven, and winding system, working together to ensure stable, high-speed operation with excellent yarn strength.
Primarily using polypropylene (PP) as raw material, the machine heats, extrudes, and stretches the plastic to form flat yarn, which is then wound onto bobbins for subsequent weaving on circular looms.
It is also suitable for processing polyethylene (PE) materials, offering flexibility to meet different production needs.
Equipped with advanced digital control technology, including computer-controlled frequency conversion speed regulation, the line delivers high efficiency, precise speed control, and reliable performance, meeting international quality standards.
