2.This machine integrates fully automatic ultrasonic hemming technology, automatically folds the woven bag opening inward while simultaneously performing ultrasonic welding of the inner film and outer woven bag layers.
3.Precision-length control: User-friendly touchscreen and servo motor system maintains ±1.5mm accuracy on every bag.
4.Switch seamlessly between cold-cutting (laminated bags) and hot-cutting (non-laminated) in under 1 minute.
5.Hot cutting seals edges without adhesion for a smooth bag opening, while cold cutting provides clean, fray-resistant edges with no heat distortion, ensuring consistent performance in both modes.
6.Automatic deviation correction system - ensures precise production, reduces material waste, and enhances overall efficiency and product quality.
7.Automatic counting and stacking for bag discharge.
8.Electric hoist-fed fabric roll system for effortless operation and labor reduction.
9.Handheld remote allows flexible control near the machine without touching the control panel.
