5.It enhances seam sealing by applying an adhesive tape (hot-melt or cold glue) over stitched seams, with optional heating for thermal-bonding tapes.
6.Dual independent deviation correction systems simultaneously maintain precision for both woven fabric and inner liner, ensuring accurate alignment, reducing material waste, and improving production efficiency.
7.Automatic counting and stacking for seamless bag discharge.
8.Electric hoist-fed fabric roll system for effortless operation and labor reduction.
9.Handheld remote allows flexible control near the machine without touching the control panel.
